What we collect

When you join the Roots of Zion email list, we collect the email address you provide, consent status, consent source and wording version, subscription status, and campaign source information such as UTM tags when present. For purchases, we retain the customer email, product, Stripe transaction references, fulfillment state, download limits and email-delivery events. Stripe processes payment details; Roots of Zion does not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver purchases, send music and product updates you requested, honor suppression choices, resolve delivery problems, measure campaign performance, prevent duplicate fulfillment and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

Choices and retention

You may unsubscribe at any time. Delivery links expire automatically. We retain a minimal suppression record when necessary to honor an unsubscribe request, operational email events for troubleshooting, and transaction records as required for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Service providers

Hosting, email, object storage, analytics, distribution and payment providers may process limited information only to provide their services. Their own privacy terms also apply when you follow links to streaming, payment or social platforms.
