Website use

You may use this site for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, falsely represent affiliation or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.

Music and artwork

Unless a separate written license states otherwise, all music, recordings, artwork, writing and branding remain owned by or licensed to Roots of Zion and Fifynow Music. Streaming access does not grant sampling, synchronization, resale, redistribution or commercial-use rights.

Digital purchases

The contents and permitted uses of each digital product will be stated before checkout. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, completed digital purchases are generally final except where files are defective, the product is materially misdescribed or applicable law requires otherwise.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee streaming growth, income, audience reach, licensing placements or other commercial outcomes.
